DELIVERY METHODS by DIAS Customs Ltd 

For your convenience, DIAS Customs Ltd offers multiple delivery methods to ensure a smooth and efficient experience in receiving your electric mobility products.

1. Collect from DIAS Customs Ltd Stores

If you prefer to collect your order from our designated stores, rest assured that your order will be ready for pickup within 24 hours. A store administrator will contact you to arrange the collection.

2. Collect from Akis Express

For those opting to collect their orders from Akis Express service points, a delivery cost of €10.00 applies for up to 30kgs. The processing time is a maximum of 5 working days, and you will receive a notification when your order is ready for collection.

3. Home Delivery

Enjoy the convenience of having your orders delivered to your doorstep. The maximum delivery time for home delivery orders is 5 business days.

  • For orders up to 30kg, the delivery cost starts from €4.00.
  • For orders over 30kg, the cost starts from €20.00.

Charges are calculated based on weight and delivery area, and additional charges may apply due to volume and specific delivery areas.

*Please note: All orders marked for home delivery are dispatched between 10:00 and 18:00 Monday to Friday. For any special requests, contact us at 99819787.

Delivery Process:

  • The carrier will contact you to arrange the delivery date upon receiving your order.
  • Orders are delivered directly to the sidewalk in front of your house, if possible.
  • Building materials, wood, furniture, cast-iron fireplaces, and stoves are exclusively delivered on the sidewalk.
  • Special consultations for in-house delivery should be made with the carrier.
  • If a crane or hoist is needed, additional charges may apply.

Delivery Notes:

  • Orders are typically dispatched within 1-2 working days.
  • Orders received before 12:00 am on weekdays are usually dispatched the same day and arrive the next working day at the latest.
  • Orders received after 12:00 am are dispatched the next working day and arrive within 24 hours at the latest.
  • Delays may occur if an item is out of stock in your province.
  • Deliveries to hard-to-reach locations may take longer.

Important: Please be aware that some delivered products are not assembled. Review the assembly instructions provided before assembling, and if needed, seek professional assistance or contact our Technical Assistance for guidance. Failure to follow guidelines may result in injury or property damage. Your safety is our priority.
