Returns Policy
Purchases from DIAS Customs Ltd Physical Shops
Products can be returned to any DIAS Customs Ltd store within 7 working days from the day of purchase, accompanied by the receipt.
The Technical Department will check the product within a reasonable time. If it meets the criteria below, you can receive a refund in the form of vouchers or replace it with another product of equal value.
Criteria:
- The original packaging includes all products and accessories.
- The original packaging, product, and accessories are undamaged and free from deformations.
Note: Customers have the right to open the package carefully to assess the product’s nature, characteristics, and function. Any misuse leading to damage or deformations may result in the customer being responsible for a reduction in the product’s value.
Purchases from DIAS Customs Ltd Online Store (www.diascustoms.com)
Products can be returned to any DIAS Customs Ltd store within 14 working days from the withdrawal request date, accompanied by the receipt. The withdrawal request must be sent within 14 working days from the date of receipt or delivery.
The buyer is responsible for transporting the product back to the store, including associated costs.
The Technical Department will check the product within a reasonable time. If it meets the criteria below, you can receive a refund.

Cancellation Policy
How to cancel an online order
- If you chose Pick-up from a DIAS Customs Ltd shop, you can cancel your order up to 1 working day after the order confirmation date.
- If you chose Home Delivery or Pick-up from ACS Courier Pick-up Point, you can cancel your order before the product is handed to the delivery service. Once dispatched, automatic updates will prevent further cancellations. However, you can still return the product following our Returns Policy.
